Dr. Scoggin has authored a variety of articles in the orthopaedic and medical literature. He is active in state and national medical associations including the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, the Hawai’i Orthopaedic Association, the American Medical Association, and the Hawai’i Medical Association. He has provided medical coverage for hundreds of amateur and professional sporting events. He has been an Associate Master Instructor at the Orthopaedic Learning Center in Chicago, Illinois.
